MY WORK

Choreographic Philosophy
As a movement artist, I create choreography that blends emotional honesty with physical strength and intention. I am drawn to movement that feels both powerful and vulnerable, speaking to the complexities of the human experience and communicates what words often cannot. I believe expressive movement has the ability to portray complex human emotions and lived experiences, from fear and shame to love and resilience. Through the body, dance communicates something real, legible, and meaningful.

I approach choreography as both an artistic and social practice. Whether activating galleries, parks, or creating community-engaged experiences, I aim to dissolve the boundary between performer and viewer, creating shared environments where connection, curiosity, and reflection can emerge. Ultimately, I see dance as a tool for connection, empathy, and storytelling, creating work that is accessible yet layered, visceral yet reflective, and rooted in shared human experience.
